1. Can I collect it from you?
You can collect your balloons from us at Punggol.

2. What happens if my items are out of stock?
If your items are out of stock, we will contact you.
You may wish to make your orders early, to avoid disappointment.

4 How do I pay?
You can make payment through internet banking:

Please note that once your order has been confirmed and payment received, there will be no refunds.

5.Does it come with weights?
All prices are quoted for balloons without helium and weights.

Any refund/exchanged if balloons are found any defect?

Customer are advise not to accept the balloons if found any defect upon self collection.However,we are not responsible for any loss or defects by normal postage delivery.We will ensure that the balloons are in good condition before sending out.
